The listed price is 49k. During the mortgage process I was laid off from my job. However I do receive income in the form of a pension, which is well within my budget to repay the loan. I now feel that I'm getting the run around from BofA. My credit score is listed in the 700 range.I've thirty days to get this done.Im trying to avoid a lot of inquiries on my credit report. Which as you know only make your score go down.My APR as quoted by Bof A is 4.85%.I've the necessary amount for closing. I've paid for inspections, pest control fees, appraisal fee etc; Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Even if its only to give me a list of lenders.
